The customer agrees that, from the moment the item is delivered to the carrier, all logistics become the responsibility of the postal service or carrier contracted at the end of the purchase. The delivery time displayed on the order is an estimate provided by the system and may change during transit without prior notice. We at Aphrodite Joias offer the option to file a complaint with the contracted carrier, with a response time of up to 7 business days, should any unforeseen issues arise with your order.
Shipments:
Our products are of extremely high quality and are made to order, especially for you. Therefore, please pay attention to the delivery times before placing your order, which may take 15 to 35 business days, including jewelry production and shipping. Some shipments may be made directly from our manufacturers located abroad due to availability. Our factories are in Thailand, Italy, and Sweden; due to our partnership with the Brazilian postal service, all shipments from abroad are sent and packaged by logistics in Asia.
The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 35 business days (in exceptional cases, such as holidays, Black Friday, and Christmas, this period may be extended). Delivery times may vary due to factors such as postal service delays, customs inspections, postal strikes, and other issues beyond our control. All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 7 business days. This code can be used to track the shipment from its departure from the country of origin until its arrival at your residence. Delivery is always made by the postal service; however, in some cases, such as when the recipient is absent, in areas with delivery restrictions, or for other reasons, the postal service may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest post office to the address provided.
If the order includes 2 or more products, they may be shipped in separate packages, and a tracking code will be issued for each product. As this is an international shipment, tracking information on the postal service website may take up to 7 business days to appear after the tracking code is provided. The buyer must review the delivery address before confirming the purchase, and any return of the product due to an incorrect address or insufficient information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will remain at the post office for collection, but if not collected, it will be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of reshipment, the delivery time will be calculated from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order details.

Your order is tracked daily, and if the product does not arrive for any unexpected reason within 70 business days of shipment, in accordance with the shipping and delivery terms, the payment will be 100% refunded.
